Overview

MedCare Pediatric Group is looking for an energetic, customer service oriented and highly dedicated Bilingual Patient Scheduler to join our TEAM! At MedCare our daily focus is to CARE. Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for coordinating patient and therapist schedules
• Develops and implements systems of organization to assist in efficient scheduling of clients
• Contacts families for any applicable changes and or confirmation of client schedules
• Answers, fields, and returns telephone calls, emails, and voicemail messages accordingly
• Acts as a liaison for call-ins and coordinate coverage and communication to appropriate staff
• Completes and ensures patient consent forms are signed prior to, or at the time of, initial evaluation
• Completes patient intakes and enters information in the system following set protocols
• Assist with duties of front desk responsibilities as needed to include but not limited to: managing phones, collecting co-pays, checking patients in, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Must be able to handle high call volume
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Be highly energetic, goal oriented, and self-motivated
• Demonstrate highly professional and positive attitude
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Word, TEAMS, and Excel programs
• Be able to read, write, and comprehend English

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
• Full-Time schedule
